    Rocky has over 35 years experience in the travel industry. Rocky oversees the business at a strategic level as well as being firmly in the drivers seat, ensuring the company sustains positive growth and remains connected with the best industry resources and alliances. Rocky is at the forefront of industry issues and has contributed his time and expertise to many associations and boards, such as The Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA), the Advisory Board of the BCD Affiliate program, The Canadian Corporate Travel Association (CCTA), The Air Canada Circle of Excellence Advisory Board, The Travel Council and many other supplier boards. His passion for travel and extensive experience in global business has helped build TTI Travel’s strong reputation for innovation, excellence and extraordinary tailored services.

  • Lyell Farquharson | President

    Lyell Farquharson has served as the President of TTI Travel for the past few years, where he oversees all lines of business and operations. In addition to his leadership role, Lyell is responsible for managing strategic partnerships and identifying new business development opportunities. With over 30 years of experience in the travel and business sectors, Lyell is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success.

    Before joining TTI Travel, Lyell held several high-profile positions, including Vice President of Global Sales at WestJet, Vice President and General Manager for American Express Travel Companies in Canada, President of Navigant Canada, and President of the Rider Travel Group. His career began in the private equity sector, where he served as an Executive Vice President. Lyell is also a Certified Public Accountant, bringing a strong financial acumen to his leadership approach.

    Lucy La Vigna, Vice President Travel Services, oversees TTI Travel’s Corporate Operations, our relationship with BCD, Our airline providers & overall leadership management of corporate client & supplier relationships.

    Lucy has 25+ years in a Management & Leadership role in the Travel Industry. An accomplished travel expert in many areas of our business, Lucy is solution and process driven, and holds a high regard for providing quality service to customers. With an entrepreneurial mind set, Lucy has successfully established a proven track record for building strong teams to continually meet customer needs, including working with partners that align with our customer focus on quality, support and value.

  • Kim Cross | Dir. of Leisure Services

    Kim joined TTI in January of 2023 and brings with her 33 years of experience and a proven record with customer service and employee satisfaction in the luxury market. Following in her mother’s footsteps, Kim loves what she does…and she loves it every day…it fuels her. Kim prides herself on her dedication to her work – to her clients, to the members of her team, and to travel partners alike. She takes great satisfaction in turning a question mark into a yes.Kim believes that traveling keeps us young, engaging, and interesting to others looking for travel inspiration. Traveling gives us the opportunity to meet new friends, experience new cultures, expand our horizons, and enrich our lives.

    Kim is the leader of The Circle – our Independent Advisor program & the relationship with Key Preferred Leisure Partners, including Virtuoso and Travel Savers.

    Kim’s own travels have taken her all over Europe including Ireland, England, Scotland, Italy, The South of France, Monaco, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Germany, Bratislava, and Hungary, New Zealand, Mexico, most of the Caribbean, Belize, and the U.S.

    Danielle Duhamel has been with TTI Travel since 2004. Her expansive knowledge, expertise, and deep understanding of what it truly means to know and care for our client’s day-to-day needs made her a sought-after Advisor and Air Specialist in the early stages of her career. Danielle’s innate technical savvy and natural leadership skills propelled her into her role as Director, National Operations, and a valued contributor to TTI Travel’s Leadership Team.

  • Michelle Dover | VP of Finance & HR

    As Vice President Finance & Human Resources, Michelle has overall responsibility of the back office functions at TTI. This goes beyond traditional Finance Functions and also includes HR, Payroll, Reporting and Administration that supports all areas of our business. With Michelle’s leadership, our finance team is mandated to maintain an environment that allows our Advisors to efficiently and effectively service our clients, while maintaining accuracy and integrity of the process. Michelle has 30 years of both accounting and human resources experience specializing in the travel industry, providing thought leadership and strategic direction.
